replacement or refund, simply return the purchase in its
original condition within 30 days. Please contact us with

A. Yes (USA only), write down the item name, size, color,
etc., your telephone number, ship to address, and send

Q. Do I have to pay taxes?
A. No, you will not be charge any sales taxes. We have
to pay sales taxes on items purchased from Alabama, but
we will not charge the customer. Save Big Outdoors pays
it.
Q. How quickly do you ship?
A. Online orders will be shipped in 3-7 days unless the
rare occasion that we are out of stock of an item. In
the rare occasion that we are out of stock of the item
that you purchased we will send you an email letting you
know an approximate ship date. You will also be given
the option to change your order, wait on the item, or
we will be happy to refund your money.

A. All shipping and handling fees are FREE
in the United States.
